Ok, so I am not a personal trainer. But I do know how it feels to want to watch my back. But my slimness is also, sometimes, for health reasons.

But I plan to eat healthy after that and say yes to my meals. Just if your body needs more dynamism, possibly the best method would be to add some more nutrients to your routine. Who cares if eating a whole egg sounds like no one is watching. We eat several times a day with breakfasts, snacks, dinners, and late-night snacks or before bed. Try an easy way to taste the strong food and ensure that the nutrients are ready to keep your body energized just for your breakfast. Otherwise, there are many options like an egg protein shake or egg sandwich all you need is to replace with some banana, cucumber, garlic, eggs, or yoghurt and depending on the portion size of the meal, maybe I can add some apples to the mix.

Avoid raw eggs or make them with a more proper source. Try that and get encouraged.





2. Choose workouts that are easy to fit into your day.

Whether around is a holiday. When I do this, it becomes easier to include more exercises. This month, there is a day off. But I usually have my movements filled.

Maybe the sleep change among the East and the West Coast also disrupts our night’s sleep?

So most likely our body works on more of a tempo than being rigidly programmed towards a predetermined period of deep sleep. Who has a period to do that? We know the benefits of achieving good sleep.
